They deserve Zero star! THOSE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS!!! My driver went there for a tire leak and they replaced a spare tire in 30minutes and charged my drive $178+ for replacing a trailer spare tire. If their rate is different from the regular shops, they need to inform before they start working on the issue. But they just rubbed our money with no reason!!! Don’t go there unless you want to be rubbed… Legally rubbing….

I have been here 3 times first time dropped truck off and got work done. When I went to pick it up it’s parked with the doors unlocked. There is thousands of dollars worth of stuff in there. They say not responsible for lost or stolen items but will leave it unlocked. Second time here I asked at the truck counter to plz make sure it’s locked up. Went to pick it up same thing sitting there unlocked. Third time here told them at the truck counter there is lots of money in that truck make sure it’s locked up. They had the truck for over a week because the espar heater wasn’t working. Go last night to pick it up. Doors unlocked, opened the vent by head of mattress and left it open so that’s wet, technician stood on my bed with dirty boots because I have the foot prints on sheets and on my white pillow case. I have owed this truck since 2019 I don’t wear shoes in the back and when I take my kids on the road they know to take them off. I can understand a technician keeping his on but I can’t for the life of me see why the hell he would step on bed and pillows. Follow up: I have gotten ahold of Steve at master fleet and they are going to work with me to make this right.

I came in because my trailer lights weren’t working, but the issue turned out to be with the truck. They have two separate departments—one for trucks and one for trailers—and both teams checked everything thoroughly. After diagnosing the truck, they found that the module needed an update, which can only be done by Kenworth. They didn’t charge me anything for the inspection and recommended that I go to the dealership instead. The staff were extremely professional, honest, and genuinely helpful. They also offer a clean shower and a comfortable trucker lounge, which made the wait much easier. Overall, this is truly one of the best places for truck and trailer repairs, and I really appreciate their service.

Great customer service. They took care of me in a timely manner and I didn't have to pay an arm nor leg. They have a driver waiting area with showers too. Comfortable chairs with TV and vending area. They removed the damaged frame ramps from my tractor.
